- Please check out our pick-up locations to find the best option for you. Heads up! The walking distances listed are based on an average walking pace with no stops – so give yourself a little extra time to stroll or snap a photo!
- The tour starts in Canmore, with additional pick-ups in Harvie Heights and Banff. Banff pick-ups begin approximately 30 minutes after the official tour start time in Canmore.
- Our vehicle may arrive a little earlier or later than expected, depending on traffic and road conditions. We appreciate your patience, as these factors are beyond our control. Occasionally, travelers may also be delayed due to unfamiliar surroundings or forgetting an item in their room. We understand that these things happen and do our best to accommodate everyone so no one gets left behind.
- That being said, we kindly ask all guests to be at their pick-up location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
Parking info:
- Our pick-up locations are carefully selected so that they are easily accessible on foot. Most hotels and accommodations in Banff, Harvie Heights and Canmore are just a short 1–5 minute walk from one of our pick-up locations.
- Please check our pick-up locations to find the one closest to you.
- 🚗 Driving to meet us? If you’re coming from Calgary or another location, we recommend parking at the Banff Train Station, where you’ll find 9 hours of free parking. From there, it’s just a 6-minute walk to our pick-up location at Peaks Hotel and Suites.
- If you plan to drive to another pick-up location, please note that parking may be limited and fees may apply.
What to Bring:
- Snacks/lunch (we kindly request not to eat them inside the vehicle) or you can purchase them at the lakes, please note that the lines in the coffee shops can be long.
- Water (we provide refills; just bring your own bottle)
- Comfortable shoes and appropriate clothing are recommended, especially if you plan to hike.
- Dress in layers and be ready for anything – the weather here has commitment issues! It can switch from sunny to rainy to snowy in a heartbeat.

- Please make sure you have all the appropriate gear, including bear spray, if you plan to go hiking.
Anything else you need to know?
- This trip is a shared experience (not private) and can accommodate multiple individuals, families, or groups, with a maximum capacity of 14 people
- We require a minimum of four guests (they don’t have to be from the same group or family) to run the trip. If we don’t reach that number, we’ll gladly offer you an alternative date, a different service, or a full refund.
Age requirements: No age restrictions. Children under 6 years old who weigh 18 kg (40 lbs) or less must be in a child safety seat. We encourage clients to bring their own safety seats. If you need one, please contact us before booking to confirm availability. A fee of CAD $ 40 applies for the use of our child safety seat. Children and minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult for their safety and well-being.
Please note that our guides will NOT accompany you on your hikes.
Everyone over 18 years old must sign an electronic waiver, which will be sent to you in the confirmation email. Minors under 18 must be added to their parent’s or legal guardian’s waiver.
